It is important to know that we will work closely together, so that in concert, we can work toward your unique and specific plans for your birth. 

My participation level during the birth will go only as far as you desire it to go. Keep in mind that a doulas presence empowers the partner to participate at his own comfort level. We will honor all aspects of the pregnancy, delivery, breast-feeding and parenting including what specific areas of further education and information you wish to discuss. 

Professional Doula Packages may include: prenatal massage therapy for the Mother-to-Be, doula services detailed under Doula Care above, postpartum massage, aftercare support and further body work.
